Basil “Bill” Mangano counsels several labor unions and multiemployer plans throughout the state of Ohio. He practices labor law in both the public and private sectors and counsels the firm’s benefit plan clients with ERISA and other related issues on a daily basis. He has successfully represented his clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the State Employment Relations Board and in state and federal courts. Mr. Mangano has extensive experience in labor negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and fact-finding hearings, as well as labor and employment litigation.
Mr. Mangano is currently admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and D.C. Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Mangano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College in 1992 and received his Juris Doctor degree at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1996. While attending Cleveland-Marshall, he was Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and a member of the Environmental Law Association Moot Court Team.
